Businesses operating iGaming platforms and B2B gaming suppliers in Louisiana and across the United States face a specific challenge when selecting payment infrastructure. Most payment products are designed primarily for single licensed operators, leaving platform builders with unresolved questions regarding multi-brand setup and fund splitting. A white-label platform managing payments for multiple operator brands must determine how each brand is onboarded, how funds are distributed, and whether reporting can be segmented by individual brand. Suppliers connecting to many operators simultaneously encounter similar friction, as they require a single integration that functions identically for every client.

The distinction between a payment processor and an orchestration layer is critical for these businesses. A processor API moves money, approves payments, sets underwriting terms, and handles disputes. An orchestration layer sits above processors, routing deposits to different providers to improve approval rates, but the underwriting and payouts remain with the underlying processors. For platforms, the concept of the sub-merchant is equally important. A payment facilitator signs up businesses under a master merchant account, and platforms seeking revenue from operator payments typically need providers that support this sub-merchant model.

Nuvei offers card acceptance paired with a Reconciliation Manager and smart routing, which suits cashiers sending deposits down multiple paths. Its payout options include Visa Direct and Mastercard Send, allowing winnings to return through the same provider. Pricing is quoted per merchant, and platforms should test the reconciliation tool closely. Paysafe built its Paysafe Gateway for iGaming and runs its own acquiring services. It offers a partner program for independent software vendors, which is its closest offering for platforms. However, Paysafe does not specify if this program accepts gaming operators as sub-merchants, and pricing is also quote-based.

Finix provides a unified API for deposits via card, e-wallet, or bank transfer, and pays winnings to debit cards and bank accounts. Its self-serve sandbox includes low-code tools, and each user gets a dedicated account manager and private Slack channel. Finix classifies gambling as Restricted for direct merchants but Prohibited for platforms and independent software vendors. Trustly publishes public API references and SDKs for Android, iOS, React Native, and web, allowing engineering teams to plan builds before sales calls. This transparency helps platforms judge how much of an integration can be shared across brands.

Worldpay offers embedded payments for software platforms and marketplaces, with gaming partners including GAN, IGT, NeoGames, and Playtech. Platforms built on these systems can ask Worldpay how the existing relationship carries over to their operators. PayNearMe offers cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets, and retail cash payments, with payouts in near real time to debit cards or digital wallets. All six providers serve licensed real-money gaming in the United States and offer APIs.

Before committing to a vendor, platforms must clarify the boarding process. Vendors may accept operators as sub-merchants or only as direct merchants, a distinction often visible in prohibited and restricted lists. Payout structures must ensure each operator’s funds arrive separately, and platforms need to know if reserves set for one operator can affect others. Reporting tools must allow easy filtering of payments, disputes, and payouts by brand in both dashboards and APIs. Finally, player payout mechanisms should be integrated with deposits to avoid requiring a second build for withdrawals.
